good morning from vancouver. tim and i have been soaking in the days together. he is taking a bit of a break from school, with two of his classes behind him and wanting to be rested for the baby's arrival. we have loved resting, walking, watching movies, playing fetch with faith in the park and, as of yesterday, hanging out with our wonderful neighbors.
i am thankful for another good night sleep. although my hips are killing me.
tim will play soccer tonight and be in a tournament this weekend, assuming the little one stays put. a nice father's days gift to his/her dad, as my mom pointed out. it seems fitting really that tim should get a good fill of rest and soccer before becoming a dad.
so yes, we continue to wait. but in this moment i am ok with that.
