so after a crazy eventful trip we have arrived in kathmandu. calvin was waiting at the airport. 3 out of 4 of our bags arrived (please pray the other one is on it's way - we will know for sure tomorrow morning). we are staying at john's flat - he was one of the guys who tim came with in 2002 and has since come back and started a non-profit - tiny hands international (i believe tim included a link in one of our latest posts). he is in the states now - so it is a bummer we won't be able to see him - but a huge blessing to be able to stay in his room. it has an AMAZING view - i will try to post pictures tomorrow. i think i will feel more settled in over the next few days. we have some more errands to run in order to get things set but we are on our way. we spent some time with calvin today and charlie (a new hope youth guy now graduated and spending the summer traveling before he starts college who is here for a few months). we also just got done meeting with Hom. Hom is doing Young Life in Pokhora and we are planning to spend a week with him and his family at the beginning of July, with the hope of doing some teaching and encouraging of the YL staff here in Nepal.
well that is all i can think of for now. more tomorrow.

Great to hear that you are arrived and getting settled in! We have been thinking of you and praying for you! My radiation is going well. After treatment today, Mom and I go to Trail West and Frontier for the day...back home tonight.
