toot scoot

samantha was given a toot scoot from my parents and a bike helmet. she LOVED both!! but i think it is fair to say she has spent more time wearing the helmet than being on the bike. she loves her special hat!

I didn't realize they made those bikes so small. She is going to b on a real bike in no time
